Where is the best place to park, and do you offer EV charging? Is parking complimentary?

Roundhouse is located at 2600 Camino Ramon (BR 2600). The driveway entrance is on Camino Ramon, between Bishop Drive and Executive Parkway, and extends approximately .08 miles along the front lake. Complimentary visitor parking is available to the right of the circular fountain, with approximately 75 designated spaces. Additional complimentary overflow parking is available in the adjacent lot; the overflow entrance is immediately to the right upon entering the driveway.

Flourish is located at 6101 Bollinger Canyon Road (BR1). The Branch is located at 2623 Camino Ramon. The complimentary surface parking lots wrap around the office buildings and are accessible to the public.

We also offer EV charging stations for electric vehicles.

Do you allow for any outside food and beverage?

No, all food and beverage is prepared in-house.

What are your hours of operation?

For Roundhouse Conference Center, the building is accessible Monday through Friday from 5:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. The Market is open Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Spaces reserved for private events are available until 11:00 p.m. 

For Flourish and The Branch, the hours of operations are: Mondays and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Saturday events are available upon request.

Do you have an AED on-site?

Yes, an AED is available at the security desk in the front lobby for Roundhouse Conference Center, 2600 Camino Ramon (BR2600).

When is the deadline to book or submit final event details?

For large scale events, ideally at least seven days in advance. For conference room rentals without catering, typically 24-48 business day hours is doable based on availability. 

What is your preferred method of payment?

We prefer payment by credit card or check.

What style of food service do you offer?

We offer buffet-style service for meals and appetizers. Passed appetizers and select grab-and-go menu options are available upon request.
